Hospital is seeking family practitioners and internists to join this world class team of Hospitalists. Hospitalists work 7on/7off with 12 hour shifts. Practitioners average 18-22 patients, rounding on admissions from the family care centers and private practitioners, as well as unassigned ED call. First-year physicians earn a guaranteed salary of $190,000 plus productivity bonuses. Second and third year practitioners switch to a productivity contract based on WRVU. Average compensation ranges from $225,000 to $260,000. As hospital employees, Hospitalists earn outstanding benefits including health, life, dental, vision and enjoy a lucrative retirement program.
