We are seeking internists to join our world-class team of hospitalists. Our Hospitalists work seven days on followed by seven days off. During thei! r 12-hour shifts, our practitioners average 18-22 patients, rounding on admissions from our Family Care Centers and private practitioners, as well as unassigned ED call. First-year physicians earn a guaranteed salary of $190,000 plus productivity bonuses. Second and third year practitioners switch to a productivity contract based on WRVU. Average compensation ranges from $225,000 to $260,000.
