Job Description/ Job Nature

Conducting surveys through CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) software.

  • Script is provided, follow instruction closely.
  • Good communication skills, English + Malay, English + Mandarian
  • Commitment, high self-discipline
  • Computer knowledge/ typing skill

Salary

Hourly Rated

  • Per Hour: RM 12.00

Working day/ Hour

  • Weekday: 9am-5pm (1-2pm break), 4-9pm (6-7pm break)

Working days

  • Monday- Friday

Attendance

  • Timesheet

Allowance

  • RM 50/Per month (Those who can speak and write 3 language; Malay, English & Mandarin)

Notice Period

  • 2 weeks’ notice

Terms & Condition

Home environment

  • Can work from home, preferable a quiet place/ in a room. Own devices
  • Desktop or laptop, spec – Window 10, IE, Excel etc. (Not a MacBook)
  • Headset with workable mic on PC (Not wireless) Internet connection (Prefer Wi-Fi, strong connectivity needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM12.00 per hour
