Position: Evangelization Support Team (EST) – REMOTE Appointment Scheduler
FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations)
Schedule: This part-time position will work remotely within the United States working up to 25 hours per week.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00/hour* plus opportunities for incentive compensation

The Augustine Institute EST Appointment Scheduler communicates with parishes and schools to schedule appointments on behalf of the Sales Team.
- Specific duties are listed below but may not be all-inclusive.
- Schedules appointments to connect pastors and key parish and school staff with our Evangelization Specialists to understand the faith formation and evangelization needs and goals of the parish. ESTs need to work during Parish/School hours, generally between 9am to 3pm local parish/school time.
- Supports Diocesan-wide FORMED sales initiatives.
- Accurately and timely documents key customer information and feedback.
- Serves as an expert and credible representative of the Augustine Institute mission.
- Effectively communicates and escalates important observations to management.
- Attends regular team meetings via Zoom.
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
- Knowledge and practical usage of FORMED.org preferred.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to develop expertise in the AI Consultative Sales Process and leading Evangelization methodologies.
- Knowledge of basic communication and phoning principles.
- Expertise in Windows operating systems and MS Office products.
- Ability to follow specific processes and multi-task, utilizing multiple computer screens.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a positive, collaborative, productive team member.
- An understanding of the Catholic Church, general knowledge of diocesan organization and operations, and possesses deep empathy for Catholic users of Augustine Institute products.

- The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
