Key Roles
- Maintain good relationships with homeowners by answering questions and concerns with speed and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversees and ensures maintenance and upkeep of village grounds and common areas, safety, and security of all homeowners.
- Coordinates with the Construction Department for rectification prior to the acceptance and release to unit owners.
- Hears complaints, investigates, mediates disputes and conflicts, and resolves issues that may arise.
- Respond to all emergency maintenance requests immediately and coordinate corrective action.
- Issues notices and fines to erring and non-compliant homeowners for consistent violations and after several mediations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any (4) year course preferably with business related course or Psychology.
- Proven at least 1-2 years of work experience as a Property Management or similar role in Customer Service
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritization skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced job and situational changes
- Accept constructive criticism and give appropriate feedback
