About The Role

We are hiring for a CSS (Customer Success Specialist) in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones at this time to accommodate our customers across the nation with our 24/7 support. For this reason, shift start times vary. This position is for a second shift fully remote position.

Available shifts include:

PST/PDT Time Zones

  • 2 pm - 10 pm
  • 3 pm - 11 pm
  • 4 pm - 12 am
  • 5 pm - 1 am

MST Time Zones

  • 3 pm - 11 pm
  • 4 pm - 12 am
  • 5 pm - 1 am

CST Time Zones

  • 4 pm - 12 am
  • 5 pm - 1 am

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers as they make the change to our software, including continuous post-onboarding support. Helping them to identify opportunities for improvement while also identifying and matching their operational needs is at the forefront of the Customer Success Specialist's responsibilities. Whether they are a small business or a fast-growing chain, we ensure that from day one, we are developing a solid relationship and maintaining a positive experience by taking a consultative approach to all of our interactions.

In this full-time role, you have the opportunity to grow your project management skills, build strong relationships with business owners across the nation, and work with a fantastic team of individuals who are passionate about what they do. You’ll also get to work closely with our engineering team and offer vital feedback to help continue to improve our operations and our customer’s experience with the product itself.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be a main point of contact and advocate for a growing number of customers nationwide.
  • Field inbound customer phone call and email inquiries.
  • Proactively identify pain points for our customers and come up with solutions.
  • Independently and successfully manage account-related tasks, including but not limited to detailed documentation of customer interactions and internal escalation as need to our management and engineering team
  • Collaborate with our growing team to continue to develop our product to its fullest potential by proactively interacting with the POS system in a dev and live environment

You’ll do great if you:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and in-person
  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • Come in with restaurant industry experience
  • Excel in managing tasks and prioritizing
  • Can work independently with urgency and follow through
  • Have an interest in technology and software
  • Are not afraid to ask questions
  • Have a sense of curiosity and can maintain a growth mindset
  • Tend to be resourceful and able to work through challenges with a positive attitude

Required Experience:

  • Have prior POS (Point of Sale) or Software Tech Support experience

Pay: $46,765.00 - $60,000.00 per year
